It is with a saddened heart we inform our clients, and friends, that Mike Head, our friend and co-worker of many years has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and it has spread to his liver. Mike has a short time left to spend with his family at this point due to the advanced stage of his cancer and he is not able to return to work. Mike has been more than a great asset to the success of Indyweb.net. He is a dear friend and family member to us. Donations for Mike To help Mike and his family with expenses, an account has been set up for them to alleviate some of the pressure of the many bills they are now facing. All registrations such as domain names and SSL certificates of registered in the customer’s name and never ours. If open source solutions are available that will provide secure and effect components to produce your site, we will provide you with the information needed to decide on their implementation. IndyWeb wants to keep our customers by providing quality service. We will not develop your Site in any way that will prevent its transfer to another provider.

Indyweb can host your site on one of our custom built, State of the Art, Linux or Windows servers located in our own Secure data center. We do not rent space on others servers. IndyWeb maintains our own Power Backup systems and we have the data Bandwidth needed for your site. We do not depend on other organizations to maintain our systems, we have complete hands-on access and we have intimate knowledge of every one of our systems. We keep nightly backups of all Web sites for a minimum of 1 week.

IndyWeb also maintains several Mail Servers. Our servers check incoming mail for Viruses and we flag all mail that is considered to be Spam. We do not delete messages flagged as Spam, but instead allow you to make the decision to keep or remove those messages. Any messages that are found to have an attachment containing a virus do have the attachment removed. We do not put limits on what you can send by content or size. This of course does not mean we don’t have rules. We do not allow our customers to send Spam or and messages that would contain illegal content.
